In 200 words or less, what is your company motto?

      Here at Ratfink we know how hard it is to find that special t-shirt you'll want to spend the rest of your life with. You'll find tons of shirts you like, some you love, and the occasional tee that you might get tired of after just one night. Certain shirts are clingy, a few take too much of your money, and sometimes you'll end up with a shirt that you realize later was pretty dirty. Many shirts look good in pictures and movies but in person can be surprisingly dull and abrasive. It's really tough to find one your parents will approve of and while some may shrink it's much more likely you'll end up with one that becomes a size or two larger over the years. When it's all said and done you may never find the perfect shirt, but that shouldn't keep you from letting lots of shirts touch your body.

What payment methods to you accept?

      Due to recent health code and policy changes we no longer accept baked goods or IOU's in exchange for our t-shirts. We do, however, accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Do you ship internationally?

      We do ship internationally. Prices vary depending on the country and whether or not you want crack, boom, and pow rolled into the shirts. Your shopping cart will show shipping costs after you have entered your address and before you have to enter your payment information. If you do not see your country in our country list please email BigCheese@ratfinktshirts.com and we will update our list immediately.

How are your shirts made?

      All of our shirts are printed in a beautiful, bustling sweatshop in a small village just northeast of Saigon. Each and every one of our workers are treated to a minimum of 2 water breaks and 1 bathroom break per 14-hour day. While keeping up with our orders these highly-motivated t-shirt fabricators enjoy being free from the stresses of family life, household chores, and primary school. Because we are doing so well, each worker goes home every night not only with a feeling of deep satisfaction from a job well done, but enough money for as many candy bars and sodas as they desire (provided they don't want more than 2).

      Thought you were reading the Nike FAQs for a second? In actuality, we print all of our shirts in the U.S. on Direct-to-Garment printers. This new technology enables us to make shirts with perfect shading and blended colors, as well as an extremely soft feel when touched. We've tried many different methods and find this to produce the best quality image available.

What type of shirts do you use?

      Ratfink T-Shirts uses Royal Apparel 100% 30-1 ringspun cotton shirts for guys and American Apparel for girls. We have found these to be the best-fitting, softest, and highest-quality blank shirts available. These shirts have a slim "bar-shirt" style fit, are extremely soft and comfortable, and offer very sharp colors. Royal Apparel and American Apparel shirts are all made in the USA. What size should I buy?

       Men's size chart . . . . Women's size chart.

Our shirts are slim-fitting. Men's shirts are pre-shrunk and women's are not. If in doubt, order larger.

What is your return policy?

      For orders of 3 shirts or less we are happy to exchange any unwashed / unworn items returned to us within 30 days of delivery (the customer will be responsible for shipping charges). We will include a return slip with your order. If your shirt is defective please contact us using BigCheese@ratfinktshirts.com and include your order number and the problem you're having and we'll get back to you right away.

I was sent the wrong shirt/ defective shirt, what do I do?

      Re-gift it. We find that what one person finds defective another may find classically stylish. If you don't know anyone who would like it contact us using BigCheese@ratfinktshirts.com and include your order number and the problem you're having and we'll get back to you right away to fix the problem.

What shipping methods are available?

      We are currently using USPS Priority mail for all domestic and international shipments. Shipping costs vary internationally but in the U.S. are $5.00 for 1-3 shirts and $10.00 for 4 or more. Your shopping cart will show shipping costs after you have entered your address and before you have to enter your payment information.

How can I change my order?

      If you wish to change your order call us or send us an email using BigCheese@ratfinktshirts.com immediately. As long as we haven't shipped your order we will change it to whatever your little indecisive heart desires.

Where do you get your designs?

      1 part creative genius and 2 parts inability to stop daydreaming during everyday activities like driving. All of our designs are done by us and are only available here at ratfinktshirts.com. Please notify us if you see one of our designs at another site/location so that we may further protect our copyrights.

What do I do if I have a great idea for a shirt?

      If you just want a limited number of shirts made for an event or for friends check out our Custom Orders page. If you think you have an idea that will sell email us using: BigCheese@ratfinktshirts.com. We'll make sure you're the first one wearing your idea and let you pick out a couple of ours.

Do your shirts ever going on backorder?

      We keep all shirt colors and sizes in stock. We typically run low on men’s extra-small light pink shirts during fraternity clambake season, and must re-order. In the rare case we are out of your size/color, we usually get the shirt back in stock within a week. You will be notified right away if that should happen, and you'll end up with something free so you don't stay mad at us (Kobe Bryant style).
